The original ticketing web site was a classic example of an unattractive web application web site and we transformed the site completely.
As the IA, I did the competitive analysis and provided the client with an intuitive user-centric site and the design and development team did the rest of the magic.
In addition to the purchase of tickets, the new site made current promotions more visible, allowed comments from visitors and also provided a means for popcorn and drinks to be purchased in advance! This was a big hit!
